Business Owner/Advertiser Terms of Use
- Modifications or revisions of the Advertising Terms and Conditions can be made any time by ‘SouthAsianServices’ without any prior warning or notice.
- The changes will be effective as soon as they have been posted on the Website.
- You should check the terms and conditions from time to time so you are aware of any changes to the site and services.
- Your continued use of ‘SouthAsianServices’ after any modifications indicates you have accepted the new terms and conditions.
- These Terms & Conditions apply whenever you access the site, regardless of how you access the site
- ‘SouthAsianServices’ reserves the right to include or exclude entry to, or remove a business from, the site and the directory at any time, for any valuable reason without any liability to ‘SouthAsianServices’.
- Advertisers are responsible for all the contents and materials that are provided to ‘SouthAsianServices’. It is advertiser’s responsibility to check their advertisement meets the legal requirements and there shouldn’t be any misleading/ incorrect/ illegal advertising. ‘SouthAsianServices’ takes no responsibility what so ever for the any of those activities such as
- Defamation, libel, slander of title
- Infringement of copyright
- Infringement of trademarks or names of publication titles
- Unfair competition
- Breach of trade practices, privacy or fair trading legislation
- Violation of rights of privacy or confidential information or licences or royalty rights or other intellectual property rights.
- The list is not limited to the above
- The content of this website can only be used for personal usage. The content cannot be used for commercial purpose.
- Content (Content) refers to all information, including but not limited to data, text, images and multimedia, that is displayed in a business listing on the site or directory.
- The site can be taken offline for limited hours for maintenance. There will be outage notification in the website, before we take the site offline.
- Usually outage notification will be displayed 3 days prior to maintenance.
- Except where stated otherwise, all intellectual property in relation to content on this Site belongs to ‘SouthAsianServices’ or its licensors, advertisers or affiliates, including but not limited to logos and trademarks. You obtain no interest in that intellectual property. All Content on the site is protected by Australian and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not do anything which interferes with or breaches those laws or the intellectual property rights in the content.
How to publish your business or service with us?
- We will require details of your business or service through an email or a hard copy with your signature on it.
- Please send all the advertisement requests to the admin of ‘SouthAsianServices‘ on info@southasianservices.com
Information we required to publish your advertisement?
- In order for us to publish your advertisement, we need the below information from you.

- Publish your advertisement in our website
- Promote our website with in South Asian communities in each country and state
- There are range of options that we provide for our clients. Please see the price for the each option.
- If there is a change for the pricing, we will notify our clients at least 4 weeks in advance. If there is a change for the pricing, there will be no impact for your current contract with us. The price change will start from the start date of the next contract.

| Standard advertisement with all the above data mentioned in the section ‘Information we required to publish your advertisement?’ | If a client isn’t willing to pay initially, we will publish their advertisement of FREE of charge till the 31st of Dec 2014, if client agrees to.
If client wants to go ahead with the payment, then advertisement will remain, else it will be expired by 31st of Dec 2014 |

If you want your advertisement to be appeared in the home page slider, it will cost 250/- per year per image We advise you to make a attractive image for this, as this image will be published in our home page |
How we rank the advertisements?
- The advertisement with the highest price will come first in the results.
- If you want your advertisement to be appeared on the top, you can pay additional amount, even though you are in any of the above pricing category mentioned in the ‘Pricing and Options’ section
- We don’t show the advertisement price in the website
- If price are equal for two advertisements or more, then the newest advertisement will get the priority.
How does the search work in our site?
You can do the search based on the category, country, state/ province and suburb/ city. If there is more than one item in the search results, then we always rank the advertisement as per the above ranking logic.
- The payments can be made annually or you can pay for the entire contract period
- The next payment date is calculated based on the day that your advertisement contract starts date.
- The payment need to be settled within 30 days, from the invoice date.
- If any delay to the payment, we will temporary disable your advertisement.
- The Advertiser is expected to adhere to the payment terms and payment method mentioned in the registration form
- Once the automated payment gateway is setup, it’s your responsibility to have sufficient credit balance in your account. ‘SouthAsianServices’ will not take any responsibility for additional bank charges such as dishonor fee.
- If an advertiser wishes to exit from ‘SouthAsianServices’ at the end of their annual term, the credit balance for the next annual terms will be refunded if there are any left.
- If an advertiser wishes to exit from ‘SouthAsianServices’ in the middle of an annual term, the credit balance for the next annual terms will be refunded if there are any left, but no refund is applied for the current annual term.
- ‘SouthAsianServices’ will send you payment reminders one month before your advertisement expires.
- If you have failed to do the payment, one month after the expiry date, your advertisement will be expired.
- We can reactivate it, as soon as you do the annual payment,
- Advertisers can exit from our listing any time that they wish to do so.
- If an advertiser wants to exit from the listing, ‘SouthAsianServices’ required an email or a signed letter.
- Please see the ‘Payment’ section to understand how the refund works.
- There is no cancellation fee on exiting
- ‘SouthAsianServices’ always want to provide a quality service for our customers.
- Therefore if ‘SouthAsianServices’ notice any inappropriate content in your advertisement, ‘SouthAsianServices’ have fully rights to remove your advertisement immediately. In this case, ‘SouthAsianServices’ will contact you.
- ‘SouthAsianServices’ will collect, use and disclose any personal information in accordance with its Privacy policy which is available at www.southasianservices.com/privacy_policy.
- Advertisers and Users should acknowledge ‘SouthAsianServices’s’ privacy policy and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information in accordance with that Privacy policy.
- Users should NOT:
- Use the Site for any purpose or in any way which is contrary to the Terms & Conditions or which is unlawful, including but not limited to breaching intellectual property rights, linking to a listing in the Directory any defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, obscene, offensive, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable material of any kind;
- Submit or otherwise link to the directory, whether for automatic upload or otherwise, or otherwise propagate material of any kind which contains computer worms, viruses or other types of malicious or harmful code
- Damage, modify, interfere with disrupt or destroy the files, data, passwords, devices or resources that belong to ‘SouthAsianServices’ or do anything that compromises the security and/or stability of the site or the directory
- Use the directory in connection with the transmission of junk mail, spam, chain letters or to engage in other flooding techniques or mass distribution of unsolicited email; or send automated queries of any kind to the site or the directory without ‘SouthAsianServices’s’ express written permission.
Business Owner/Advertiser Terms of Use
- In signing up as a Business Owner you:
- Agree that you are the registered business owner or an authorised representative of the business being registered
- Agree that your business, like all businesses displayed on the site are subject to receive ratings and reviews from Users
- Acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, ‘SouthAsianServices’ is not liable for any Content that causes you or your business any loss or damage
- Acknowledge that ‘SouthAsianServices’ reserves the right to include or exclude entry to, or remove a business from the site and the directory
- Understand that ‘SouthAsianServices’ at its sole discretion will determine the utilisation of all keywords, categories, content and other material used to describe or categorise a business listing for all purposes relating to the site and the directory.
- Agree to provide accurate information about your business or the service for the users
- Make sure all the links that you provide are up-to-date all the time.
- ‘SouthAsianServices’ take no responsibility or liability of the information/links provided by the advertisers.
- ‘SouthAsianServices’ will have no responsibility or liability in relation to any loss or damage that you incur, including damage to your software or hardware, arising from your use of or access to this Site.
- ‘SouthAsianServices’ does not warrant that functions contained in the Site Content, such as hyperlinks, will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that ‘SouthAsianServices’ or the server that makes it available, are free of viruses or bugs.
